Room Additions constructed in the County require permitting & inspections construction drawings showing a plan view of the proposed addition and how it ties into the existing structure.  At least one elevation view showing how the new & existing roofs will be tied together. Lastly a cross section view showing footing type & size, foundation wall type & size, floor system materials & sizing, and exterior wall construction details & materials.
