A building permit in required for all in-ground pools, on-ground pools, spas, & hot tubs. With the exception of preformed "kiddie" type pools that are less than 24" Deep.
Swimming pool permits are generally $120.00 for in-ground or on-ground styles.
Decks and other accompanying structures will also require permitting and inspections.
